The girls in the office always a delight to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My father is so happy with all of their work especially in these terrible times.
Fabulous group of people - I had the pleasure of liaising with the supervisor, Natasha I think her name was. My mother required a lot of extra care , she wasn’t the easiest person to deal with , but her experience showed and it made both of our lives so much easier. Forever Grateful.
Disgraceful service ,No training whatsoever with clients with Dementia. They are all over the place with call out times ,only got them 3 weeks and have had 1 person called .did not arrive on the first day no phone call to explain. Shambles of a company
Awful experience. Mam was deemed as needed care 7 days a week, I said if they would do hour mon to fri we would cover weekend. Mam kept saying the girl was only staying for a few minutes I thought it was just mam but today I decided to check up she arrived at 9.51 and saw her leave at .10.10 she put in book she left at 10.51, i was there myself at 10.30, she was ling gone. They have only provided the full 5 days for 1 week out of 4. And the carer needed money for her busfare this morning and mam had to give her 3euro!!
