We used Pioneer Home Care for my mum who has early dementia. We were very happy with their service and the carers were lovely to mum. I need to say a special thank you to Rincy for always putting a smile on mum's face and taking such good care of her. The both of you had a great relationship and I know mum will miss seeing your smiling face and cheering her up every day with a song. It is lovely to see how much pride you take in your work. Anytime I rang mum you were always there to reassure me that mum had eaten and taken her medication, what visitors she had or if she was sitting in her beloved garden. Mum's short term memory is very bad and we were so lucky to have Rincy as mum's main carer. Wishing you all the best Rincy and many thanks.
Cannot recommend Pioneer Homecare enough, they have been taking brilliant care of my parents for the last year and I could not be more pleased with the service we receive. Always reliable, consistent, professional and caring which is more than we could have hoped for. The team are super supportive and always there to give a hand when needed. Always a pleasure, seeing the carers getting along so well with my mum and dad, they really brighten up their day and provide a lot of laughter and joy to them. I know my parents are in great hands when I am not there to care for them so it’s a huge relief for me and the extended family. All round, fabulous homecare company! ❤️
An Excellent Service! We are extremely satisfied with all their carers that had been supplied by Pioneer Home Care. The carers are punctual, professional, highly experienced and at the same time careful, friendly and caring. My Granny is in her early 90's and she looks forward to the daily visits and is always very complimentary of the service she receives. They get a lot done without making her feel rushed and they always manage to find a few minutes for a chat with her. If there are ever any concerns about my granny, they have always communicated it with me. I can't praise them highly enough.
Great homecare company, always go above and beyond for my family and are a pleasure to deal with. The carers, supervisors and office staff are genuinely lovely and empathetic individuals whom we have a great relationship with. It can be difficult accepting care for a vulnerable member of your family but with the staff at Pioneer, we always felt they listened and understood our needs and have always been extremely respectful which greatly helped building a trusting relationship which is so important. I have found them incredibly reliable and have always been able to count on them. Wanted to leave this review to show my gratitude to their wonderful team, thank you.
Pioneer Homecare are currently caring for my mother and have been phenomenal. Their healthcare team will always go the extra mile to help us out as a family with meal preparation, personal care and helping clean around the home. It has helped our family care for our mother whilst being able to keep up with our own daily lives which we are very grateful for. My mother has a fantastic relationship with the carers who come in daily to look after her and has built a very special bond with them, always looking forward to seeing them. Overall, Pioneer Homecare have improved my mothers and our family’s quality of life which we are very thankful for. Would 100% without any doubt, be happy to recommend them.
