This is the best home care company and well behavior all staff friendly with patients so I recommend you this good
Manor Home Care where 5 days in my parents house when I asked them not to come back. Incompetent staff , lack of knowledge when caring for elderly frail patients. Some of the carers spoke in their own language over my loved one which caused confusion and anxiety. Staff wouldn't even speak to my love one , never stayed for the allotted time. Always late and left when they felt like it. Never " seen" a wound when providing care 🙄 When called to complain always a pathetic excuse never took responsibility for their lateness, even though they scheduled them back to back ( eg 1pm -2pm in one area and no travel time and the next appointment was 2pm in another town) . The " manager" who took the complaint consistently stated her feelings and never once apologized about the "CARE" or lack of care my love one received. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! It's a business and they are only in the " caring" business for profit !!
Pathetic service and few particular nurses post very private information on a platform of WhatsApp fir example: Just regarding John XXX I was there at 4pm for Mary call but Mary has been kept in hosp she broke her hip and surgery tomorrow so take off roster until further notice and also John was drinking whiskey at this time of the day and he said no point carers calling in tomorrow with Mary in hospital but please be calling and checking as John is high risk of falling with drink and also just to tell him ur calling to sign the book as an excuse to check in him. Management knows about this particular posts regarding clients and don't do nothing whatsoever about this particular nurse!!
Worst service ever. They didn't know where my nephew was and hadn't any clue how to administer his medications. It is dangerous to leave your loved ones in their care. Our family is meeting with a solicitor in relation to this disaster.
Worst service ever! Nurses never come in scheduled time. Absolutely not professional. Seems they hire staff just from the street. The staff is not informed and not trained. Your requests are ignored. I can imagine if an elderly person lived alone, there would be a simply indifferent attitude!
