Eduardo - In his native language it means 'wealthy guardian.' I'd call him my Dad's 'guardian angel.' We were blessed to have him. Eduardo looked after our Dad during his final months and right up to the day he died. Complete and utter compassion he showed him. Dad was obviously a little iffy when Eduardo first came on scene, new man in my house and all that, but it didn't take Dad long to trust Eduardo. He was an absolute gem. And our family can't thank him enough. And thanks to Kareplan for the constant communication during a really tough time. The Evans Family.
Kare Plan has been a great choice, all of the staff have been so amazing from the beginning. The caregivers are so kind and professional, I can't recommend them enough
I'm writing this review for highly appreciation to Mr Jason and Ms Natalia the trainers. I enjoyed of been a part of their great outstanding training courses. They both gave out the best and helpful information which I will use in my work area. I can't wait to start working for Kare Plan because of their good reputation. Thank you guys.
I was in my local shop and was pretty shocked to see a carer in her full uniform receiving and discussing a client over the phone. Nothing discreet about this girl at all, VERY LOUD. By the end of the conversation everyone in the shop knew the clients full name where she lived what she needed assistance with, including a pad change. This girl has obviously never heard of GDPR and certainly didn't KARE...WHO HEARD. SHOCKING STUFF .
With the exception of the carer Dolly, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones. Joanna the area manager tells you what you want to hear; promises the sun, moon and starts to you. But she never delivers and if she doesn’t like the complaints you have to make (repeatedly) the passive aggressiveness in her attitude is shocking! The admin and scheduling is atrocious. Carers are never on time - due to the ridiculous amount of clients they have to deal with on a daily basis, most of them are so rushed that it feels like their visit is a complete inconvenience. And that’s if/when they actually turn up. I don’t know how the HSE are still using this crowd.
