Highly organised, supervisor always available on phone, carers very kind and reliable
I'd avoid this company at all cost totally unprofessional management totally no control over their staff. I have to make complaints to HSE number of times regarding issues with cleaning in my mums place unfortunately I would not like to go into detail. As for their supervisors communication is key part of their job when looking after the elderly but at times this is non existed. There are far better companies out there that are willing to proceed with thier job roles with far better attention to detail I really do not know how they are part of THE HSE system.
Terrible company. Service Team leader getting Carer's to pick their daughter up from school during working hours. I'd give them no stars if it was possible. Funny how there is only one review of this company. Are they getting reviews removed. Certainly wouldn't dare have them looking after my loved one's and that's the company not the Health Care Assistants they employ.
