I have spent quite a long time working in the home care sector. However, since I started working with Inis Care, I feel that my days have become extremely enjoyable and fulfilling. I am very grateful to both the company and the clients I work with. It is an excellent company. The schedules are very well managed and everything is highly organized. There is a great deal of support from the staff and my coworkers. Everything is very well structured. Supervisors are always willing to offer advice and help whenever needed. There are never organizational issues; if you get sick or something unexpected happens, the company is always ready to help cover your clients easily. The clients are very grateful and kind. Every day I feel very happy about what I do, helping people who need it the most, and especially representing this company. The connection with clients is always present, and each working day becomes a new achievement, both personally and spiritually.
