From a customer and employee perspective, iniscare has been lovely with a nice pay, good service and friendly people. Will use always!
I’ve had a consistently poor experience with InisCareThey rarely call ahead or properly introduce new carers, and the service feels careless and disorganised. The manager Stephen has been dismissive and unprofessional and passive aggressive on the phone making false accusations, One carer also broke my hob cooker denied it and despite me asking three different staff members not to send her again InisCare still sent her back and they never came out to see what damage she done. In my opinion this agency should not be providing care to anyone until they dramatically improve their standards. Avoid them they are the worst!!
InisCare took care of my husband’s parents when they needed palliative care, and honestly, they were amazing. The carers were super professional and attentive, but also really kind and compassionate, always treating them with respect and care. Their support made a huge difference for our whole family during a tough time. We’re so grateful for everything they did, and I’d definitely recommend InisCare to anyone who needs help.
Genuine, Reliable Care InisCare has been a huge support for our family. They looked after my grandparents with real compassion and professionalism. The carers were kind, punctual, and easy to talk to — even managed to get my stubborn granddad to stick to his routine (a small miracle!). It’s a relief knowing they’re in safe hands. Highly recommend InisCare if you’re looking for dependable home care with a human touch.
