Very bad management
They took my vital data to copy at an interview such as my passport / proof of address bank statements , declaring I had the job to start part time hours back in June. They even booked me in for a training day in patient handling and moving , also a training day in a hotel providing me with information and the care giver booklet. They also did the Gardaí vetting process for me, there were no issues with that. The woman at the interview promised me hours (minimum 10 to begin with) I required the care skills course and they promised they’d aid me in receiving that I already have the care of the older person certification, Then they ignored me when they said to register in the office on a Friday when I asked if I should still go to register on that Friday in advance they ignored me via email. (They didn’t even give a time for registration and they also ignored me) I further contacted heritage recently to clarify why they acted in this unprofessional manner with me and I received no further correspondence from the office thus I am left with no choice but to leave a negative review and warn others about this company / establishment. This is not a professional way to deal with potential carers and it’s very dishonest, this company did not deal with me with honesty and integrity and professionalism which it is supposed to uphold. I am extremely disappointed.
