Great place lovely staff clients needs looked after
I have had a really bad and upsetting experience with office staff at NDHC. Very rude and unhelpful and no empathy for you if you have any concerns. Never ask how my mum is, just want to push their policies and no individual needs or prefferences considered even if community nurse has decided best care for patient. No compassion for carers that live with their parents to care for them. Visits to regularly assess care needs not done. The carers that come are lovely, especially Sandra, who is the best carer anyone could wish to have caring for their loved one.
Wonderful company with amazing staff, would be lost without them.
