My mother was diagnosed with dementia this year. Everyone I have dealt with from Home Instead has been wonderful. From Sinead that came to do the assessment, to every member of staff I've spoken to on the phone or email. And the lady that comes during the week to assist with my mother has been absolutely fantastic. Everyone who's been involved has been kind, caring, extremely helpful and accommodating and both myself and my wife are extremely grateful to have them helping us. It's a thankless job and they don't get enough recognition by far. Thank you to all the staff in Swords, you've been brilliant....Tony Ring.
