I wouldn't let them take care of a Dog or Cat or a heard of Sheep. Let alone a family member. Horrible company. No communication from them or there Carer's. Remember folks the agency gets the Loins share. They don't have enough Care staff. Plenty of them faffing around there office though.
They took very good care of my brother and made a huge improvement in the quality of his life. I would highly recommend them. Sadly he passed away very suddenly, Home Instead were there at every step of the way and since I live overseas they were willing to assist me in making his home secure till I could get here. I would highly recommend them.
Lovely to deal with, highly recommend.
