Connected Health Ireland don't care about the elderly, Connected Health Ireland don't care we're the elderly live, Connected Health just want easy money, And the HSE fund Connected Health Ireland, That's a waste of funding A horrible & disgusting service
My partner Sandra had connected health disability home care as she has muscular DYSTROPHY a pace maker fitted plus she has a thing called floppy foot balance is gone well these people mad our life hell first one carer borrowed money as she kept crying everytime she came to our house to look after my partner Sandra always begging 350 euro she borrowed of us cause we are good people she took food out of our fridge stole medication from our house we reported her to management and they took months to reply now we had 25 carers in our house in 9 months they in turn robbed us on one occasion the supervisor asked Sandra for her medical card so she could get anti biotics for her daughter I have this on video plus she took medication from our house another stole my mountain bike I'm trying to get my stuff back and some sort of apology as my partner is very down and hurt over this these people are shocking do not let them in your home check everything including garda vetting with these greedy people I am still awaiting some sort of explanation from these connected health who's brochure is a lies be careful who you let look after your loved ones not this crowd shocking care should be investigated.

BIGGEST JOKE OF A COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH, SUPPOSE TO BE CARING FOR VULNERABLE PATIENTS AND YOU CANT EVEN CALL THEM TO EXPLAIN WHY YOUR CARERS DONT BOTHER SHOWING UP, 5 DAYS WITHOUT A CARER CALLING TO MY MOTHER AND NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL TO EXPLAIN, They do not care and are so unprofessional and most days you wont get carers calling Complaint had been lodged with the HSE regarding this company STAY WELL CLEAR of these cowboys The worst carer company in Ireland
