This company is absolutely terrible. I don’t usually leave reviews but these people are so bad I feel compelled to warn others. If you have health needs or rely heavily on carers stay away. They’re not fit to be a care company and it’s disappointing that the Irish health service recommends them. I honestly believe they’d employ anyone regardless of experience. It’s disgusting they’re paid to look after people they know they can’t manage and even worse our health services allow this. They both know this yet they’re very happy to take the money it’s horrible and it’s messing with people who genuinely need real help. I gave them a 1 star review but really it should be a -1.
Excellent home care company. Staff are lovely, both in the office and the caring staff who attend my Grandmother. They are very helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate any requests we as a family have. They're service has relieved a pressure on us as a family to ensure my Grandmother gets the help needed and general company from call to call. She was reluctant at first to accept the calls but is now eager to see the Care Assistants come and has nothing but good things to say about them.
