Mixed feelings about this company. Few gem met on the job , few other with an attitude, management don’t care and remind carers their position, safeguarding are sweep under the door, shift coordinator with a vindicating attitude when she doesn’t get what she wants, still wondering how this company can still exist 🤔 low pay, lots of driving, lots of do and don’t lists, lots of students and non qualified carers who have no clue how to care led by a team who doesn’t know what they’re doing 🙄 and huge turnover of staff….thats say it all
