Thanks for giving my father 4 days notice that you were cancelling the carers for my mother completely. An absolute disgrace of a company - the two required carers constantly not showing up in the past has been bad enough, but this is a new low for Blue Bird. The excuse of 'unable to get the staff' would be understandable if you payed them properly - but unfortunately it's my mother who has to suffer from your actions, as will my father who will be unable to manage on his own. How you people sleep at night is beyond me.
This company is a disgrace in how they operate!! My mother needs 2 carers twice a day, they at a moments notice ring to say they cant make it or send 1 carer which is no good when lifting my mam and worse sometimes they send nobody giving an excuse that they dont have the staff! They have now just cancelled their service to my mam giving 4 days notice because they couldn't negotiate their price with the HSE, this dosnt surprise me as they cant manage to run the company successfully so how should they be able to negotiate a contract? The carers themselves are absolutely brilliant and not a bad word could be said about them. It is the carers that have even earned them a one star rating. I feel sorry for the carers having to work for this crowd!! Avoid if at all possible!!!
