My name is Teresa i started with Bluebird 11 years ago i can only say the experience magnificent i got the best training from the very first day of course i was nervous going into a very different line of work with such wonderful support i was able to over come obstacles of fear and being nervous i have still some clients from the first time i was employed by bluebird the message i want to get out there for new staff is that think of that wonderful care you are getting up each morning that you will give to your clients snd being able to make them happy and as man once to me its coming from your 💜 heart
Bluebird offered the opportunity for have a work visa in this country. They are real careful with his clients. The staff members who work like healthcare assistants always do the best. It’s long hours and a lot of hard work, but is always rewarding see the difference I can do on my clients life.
I have been working with Bluebird Care LRW for almost a year now. I started in January 2025 as a part-time student and, in July, I moved to a full-time contract. I have had a really positive experience working with the company — the team is lovely, both in the office and among the care assistants. They are always available to provide support whenever we need it. I truly hope to continue working with Bluebird Care for a long time and to build my career here. I have seen real opportunities for career development, with people who started as Healthcare Assistants progressing to supervisory roles, and others, like myself, who joined as students and were fully supported in transitioning to full-time positions.
