My mother has been under Bluebird south for the past four years. We have been extremely happy with the Carers diligence and care. The office has also being superb with great communication. Mom was always happy with the ladies who treated her with dignity and respect. It was only an odd occasion that a carer couldn’t attend but this was always flagged by the office. I would recommend Bluebird without hesitation.
I feel so lucky to be with Bluebird care South.They provide one to one care in one's own home. May I mention Zeynab a carer who I think is the jewel in the crown.She is so serene and caring . and so efficient . also Maria Luisa and Patricia .the list goes on.The management is in tune with clients needs .Kay who is front of house is so kind . You get my 5 star award .Thank you.
really poor communication and manner. Communication is key to working with elderly and dependent adults so I could not recommend them at all. It is the worst when some one does not understand you, I could not recommend them at all.
Unfortunately my experience with Bluebird care has been extremely unsatisfactory. My elderly father who is very funerable was discharged from convalence on basis that he had Bluebird care in the evening and morning. Last night was his first evening and they never showed up. I did ring yesterday to confirm times and while they confirmed Dad was booked in, they assured me they'd ring back to confirm a time. They never rang back and never showed up.
Goisha met with me to chat about my father. She asked a great deal of helpful questions so we wouldn't have to keep covering the same ground. She was so helpful! We were then given an outstanding carer, named Sam. Thank you Sam and Goisha for your wonderful work.
