We are so happy with the support we are receiving from Be Independent Home Care. My mums carer is so good with mum. She is kind and gentle and supportive towards her. She comes 3 days a week and this gives my dad the time he needs to get out and take some time from caring for my mum. He could not do this without the help and support of our wonderful carer from Be Independent Home Care.
I suffer from Motor Neurone Disease and have been steadily losing mobility and independence. I was granted a home care package from Be Independent some months ago. My carers have been punctual, courteous and kind. They have catered for my personal needs each morning in a professional way. They have allowed me to lead the care, so that my dignity remains intact. This has been very important for my wellbeing. Initially I felt reluctant about home care. Now, I am looking forward to it, depending on it in a very positive way.
We switched care-providers for our 91 year old mum to Be Independent, and could not have been happier with the result. The service has been highly professional, and the carers are excellent. They are well qualified for the job, but most importantly, they have the human touch in dealing with our mum in a thoughtful manner. Having been burned in the past with unreliable services from other providers, this has been a weight off our minds.
Be Independent provided a service for my beloved Mum which was second to none. For approx 3 years they provided support, love and care, not just to Mum, but also to myself and my husband. The ladies that shared mum's life were caring, considerate, respectful but most of all, dedicated to providing exactly what she needed, allowing her to have as much independence as she could safely have, while shielding her from her deteriorating health. Great efforts were made to provide consistency of carers which gave both myself and Mum much peace of mind. I can happily commend both Management team and all the wonderful carers in their employ.
I am extremely happy with the home care provided by Be Independent to my mother. I really feel she is known as an individual and that they will pull out all the stops to provide the support she needs, particularly if something unexpected happens, for example if she is unwell. The carers are kind, reliable and willing to do whatever is needed. In addition, the systems are efficient and we are able to access the carer rota online so we can see exactly who is coming and when. As I am living in a different country, I feel very fortunate to have the certainty that the home care my mother is getting is of such high quality.
