Willowbrook is a very friendly place, with extremely caring staff. From catering to cleaning to the carestaff and nurses who care for the residents, they work together to create a lovely homely environment. My mother in law was cared for in her final years and in the many years I knew her she was at her happiest in the care of Willowbrook. Her health improved and she thrived in the activities that were provided daily for the residents. The staff were always happy to see family visiting no matter the time of day. I would highly recommend this facility to other families.
This is an amazing facility, with fantastic staff. My mother spent time recovering after an operation there and loved it so much that she decided to return there permanently when her care needs became to great to be managed at home. The staff made her feel at home and she thrived in the warm, caring atmosphere. She had wonderful final years there and we are forever grateful to the staff and management for making her time there so fantastic. Her medical needs were managed perfectly and her condition improved under Willowbrook's care. During the COVID pandemic the facility managed to remain COVID free, an outstanding achievement by itself. The staff were genuinely heartbroken when my mum passed away unexpectedly at the end of 2024, which I think is a measure of how much they care for the residents. I cannot recommend Willowbrook highly enough and would give it 6 stars if I could.
This is a lovely nursing home which is run by a dedicated manager and manned by very caring staff. Our mother was very well minded there for a period of over twenty months. We are forever grateful to this home for their treatment and respect shown to our mother and the welcome given to all family and visitors
My mother has just spent time recuperating after major surgery in this excellent nursing home. We would never be able to thank enough the wonderful staff for their kindness, professionalism and high level of care towards my mother. They go above and beyond to help and support both the residents and their families. Would highly recommend this nursing home for your loved one.
The staff at willowbrook Lodge are very caring and really kind towards the residents. My mother recently stayed here and was very well cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable and happy here. There is a lovely warm atmosphere when you visit. I would like to thank Titus and all his staff for taking such good care of my mother.
