Mums friend was fully dressed in bed when we called, no staff found and when finally found one young Indian she had no English and walked away.
Tranmore Nursing home fantastic and brilliant staff . Especially the nursing staff and amazing caregivers.
The staff are brilliant, they are kind, gentle and caring. They went above and beyond to care for my mother in her final stage of dementia. Nothing was too much trouble and they did all they could to make things easier for our family. A wonderful place which is clean and safe.
