My mother repeatedly reported uncaring staff on night, which is the most critical care time. Call bells should always be responded to timely and my mother reported that she was severly scolded for seeking assistance at night.Avoid this Nursing Home if u care about your family member. Elderly parents should be treated with respect and dignity....it is so little to ask. My mother describe the uncaring attitude and threatening behaviour of night staff as elderly abuse...we were asked if we wanted an autopsie but it was a bit late...i will forever regret our decision to place my mother in this place...... it has taken me a year to be able to express my upset which will stay with me for my lifetime.... i do hope this helps you......
