Extremely disappointed
Would not advise bringing your family here if you don’t want to expose them to racism or discrimination. A member of their staff has engaged in the spread of discriminatory posts across social media as well as constant bullying of nurses and doctors who are have ethnic backgrounds. This has been reported and escalated but staff members are clearly protecting this member and have failed to give a response in a timely manner. Elderly are vulnerable and deserve to be around genuine and kind staff, not those that discriminate against people because of skin colour or background. Extremely distasteful and I will be escalating this to ensure safety and comfortability of all residents.
We where told my brother would never walk again that was a year ago the staff now have he walking and video him for his family thank you all so much ❤️
It seems that another reviewer, Tommy gives bad reviews of places where he doesn’t get a job. He has, in his other reviews, criticised the fact that foreigners are employed. He says of these foreigners, that, “very little speak English”. It’s actually “ very FEW” Tommy..... Great place, lovely staff...
