Dad is here just a few weeks and it's the staff that he says himself are excellent and do their best. Communication has been clear and excellent. It's a difficult decision to make but so far id definitely recommend tlc. I do like that the staff are kind and respectful and don't talk down to residents there, they give people choices too. That's important.

My dad spent his last 8 months in TLC, Citywest. We were very concerned about his moving to a care home, but TLC was amazing. From Linda, the boss to the nursing staff, management team, cleaners, catering staff, entertainment staff, you name it.. there was not a weak link in the chain. The proof was that Daddy never once asked to go home. It was his home. If you are considering a care hike for your loved one.. they are excellent. Nobody complains when you use a creche for a baby... so forget the stigma of a care home for the elderly. TLC was the best place and safest place for daddy...and he loved it. Well done to all the TLC team.

My father in law spent his last 3 years there. It was a warm and caring place. More 'lived in' than clinical and that suited him as he was a sociable man. We liked that those residents with dementia etc were integrated with the community rather than put 'out of sight' as in some nursing homes. The staff were just lovely and some even sent him postcards when they were in holidays! They were friendly but respectful and he loved them.

My neighbour due to go in here soon but by the looks of the reviews im now bit worried about her going here I hope they take care of her, Well I need not have worried they took her really well up to her last days , the staff are so lovely, I worried for nothing
