Most helpful and pleasant staff taking great care of my mother , young brown girl at reception was so delightful
My mother and father have been in this magnificent place, my mother past away in there but my father is still alive and been well taken care of , the staff are absolutely amazing and very friendly to me and my family, there's never a bad thing I can say about tlc but it's what it says on the tin . True love n care , the most important thing to me is they don't treat my dad as a child and fully respect his choices, even though he has Alzheimer's they understand and treat him as he needs to be, a great man
It's a big residential nursing home. It has a professional nursing and HealthCare assistant staff taking care of the mostly elderly seniors.
My father is in TLC Carton and love's the place.
My sister has been a resident at TLC Carton for more than two years. It's not home, but it's bright and welcoming. TLC Carton has lovely caring staff who will go to any length to sort things out for their residents, so I'm going to give it five stars.
