If I could give St Pappins 10 stars I would. My dad has been a resident for over 2 years and the staff are so kind and caring, he is so content. It's such a blessing to know that if your loved needs to go to long term care that they are treated like family when you can't be there. I would have no hesitation in recommending St Pappins and thank each and every staff member for taking such great care of my dad. Angels, all of them ♥️

If i could give ZERO stars i would. AVOID this place at all cost it's a horrible place and most of the staff in it aren't much better. How they treat the poor unfortunate patients is disgusting.. WHY it is still allowed to operate as a care home baffles my mind. My poor grandfather got so much worse after he went into this HELLHOLE. They left him uncleaned skipping meals noy listening to him when there was something wrong. He had more accidents & trips to the hospital than i care to remember since going into the hellhole.. If you can PLEASE stay away from here there horrible humans beings who have no hearts or a conscious and should not be allowed look after vulnerable elderly people it's a HORRIBLE PLACE!
