I have been visiting St. Luke’s Nursing homes over the years and have found the staff so friendly and caring for the residents of the home …. the place is spotlessly clean with great facilities for the residents live music provided by visiting musicians in the community room on a weekly basis… hair saloon and library room and a church for those who want to use it…in the Dementia unit the staff are so caring for the residents and are always watching out for them keeping a keen eye on their needs. ( Ps l have told my family that if l ever need to be in a home for any reason… St. Luke’s is the one for me) Finally a Big Thank you to all the staff working in St. Luke’s Nursing Home for your excellent care for the residents of the home

Very bad management in the Dementia patient section. My parent went in for a week respite- came out worse for wear, very drugged up, lost loads of weight. Very disappointed and shocked at the amount of extra meds they gave my parent without the family’s permission. People with Dementia need to have their brain stimulated, management at St. Luke’s just want to give extra meds to keep residents quiet and tired. Carers and other staff are lovely but management are not.had management and security calling me the day before my parent was due to leave, shouting at me to come take my parent home. No apology from these people

Top of the range care for the elderly provided in a state of the art facility both residential and day care for those fortunate enough to succeed in obtaining a place here.

I had a look around at this home as I am researching care homes for my mother and I got to say St. Lukes looks impressive, spotlessly clean, well appointed and very professional. This is one of the best care homes I have ever seen.
