My mum spent 10 happy years at Roseville Nursing home and she was very much loved . Whenever I visited mum it was a place of love care and happiness. As a family we are truly grateful for everything they did for my mum and we will never forget the kindness and care they gave to my mum. It can be overwhelming when choosing a place for your parent but I know we made the right decision thank you to all the lovely staff .
My Mum, spent 10 amazing years in Roseville nursing home , and it was Mums home for 10 years , because the staff made it Mums home . The staff at Rosevile were amazing and we are so happy Mum loved it here . We are forever gratefull to you Guys . I would highly recommend Rosville , so kind and beautiful place. Thank you too all the staff at Roseville. RIP Mum
To Team Roseville. Thank you is not enough to express the professional, unfaltering, support and Human touch. It's been five years since my mum and our family became part of your family. We looked at 37 nursing homes online. We visited 6 after phone conversations. Roseville was the only family We could see ourself being part of ourselves. Over 5 years my mother. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my mum's ever changing need. The staff from management, to the care team and caterers, activity co-ordinator, cleaning staff have shown how a modern care facility should be run. They threat every patient I've seen over five years with respect and dignity no matter how challenging their behaviour is...... Not always easy. I from the bottom of my heart wish to thank everyone of you for treating all our family as your family. The extra level of homely atmosphere, professional medical treatment with accommodations made per person rather then number is wonderful environment to see my mum when she is most vulnerable. 5 star in every aspect. I can't thank Denise ,murali and menchu and all the care staff of roseville enough and would absolutely recommend Roseville.my mum has dementia and displayed extremely challenging behavior in the initial dementia stages.As a nurse with experience in dementia care I had very specific criteria of which nursing home mum should go to.after being refused from some other nursing homes due to absconding and wandering behavior, roseville staff gladly and luckily for us accepted my mum.they worked tirelessly to help her settle in. They even allowed her to help decorate their Xmas trees and help with tidying up(she loves cleaning) .during the first weeks in the nursing home there was issue with the transitions of funding.the management never put any financial pressure on us the understood that financial delays can happen.management and staff are excellent at keeping me informed of changes in my mums condition and have their clients reviewed by Drs promptly .their devotion to keeping patients healthy and safe during COVID was second to none.the nursing home setting is clean,warm, bright and cheerful, dietary needs are well considered.residents are brought for walks to keep them active and music and activities are provided to keep residents mentally stimulated. I also like that rosev ille is a nurse led nursing home and not a business model home. to all the staff of roseville keep up the hard work.your kindness to residents and their families, dedication and hard work is noted.
Our darling Mum was ten years in Roseville Nursing Home. We will never ever be able to thank all of the wonderful people who work in Roseville enough for their care and attention to mum while she lived there. They went way over and above expectations, they respected her and spent time with her, got to know her and her various preferences and things she did not like and they honoured her person. Roseville became her home and she was comfortable, cared for and minded in a very personal yet professional way. The staff were meticulous in their attention to Mum and always made sure that her family were included in her care at every step along the way. We will never forget and will be forever grateful. Thank you so much .
