Beautiful nursing home with great facilities. Love the old fashioned decor including furniture to display a homely feeling. Very clean, no unpleasant odours. Staff were very warm and hospitable. I've worked in and visited many care homes and this was one of the best I've visited. They took great care of my mother during her time there. Thank you!!
Absolutly would not recommend this place to anybody. My grandmlther slept in her clothes the first night she was there after a knee replacement. Late all the time with food. Barely check on her. For over €1000 a week its an absolute disgrace. Had to ring the bell over 5 times to try and visit her. If you want your loved one looked after dont send them here.
Lovely clean facility. Food is excellent. Staff are kind but too overworked to provide anything but basic care as this home seems very understaffed. Mum left on her own for lengthy periods with no one checking on her. Need to recruit sufficient staff to cater to residents' needs as at 1300 euros per week, a higher standard of care should be provided.
I stayed in the Rosenalee Nursing Home for convalesence following surgery in April 2022. I can say that the care I received was top class-this is an excellent professionally managed care centre by Gillian Murphy and her team. All aspects of the service provided were very satisfactory e.g nursing care, comfortable rooms, friendly and caring staff, food, cleanliness (which is very evident once you step inside the front door). I wish to thank all the staff at Rosenalee for the care they showed me during my stay and for getting me "back on the road" again quickly! Martin Casey
My mother has been in Rosenalee two years now. We could not be more happy with the care she receives. As I live in the UK it was always going to be a difficult choice to make but I know she is happy. The staff are very welcoming and caring from my own experience when I visit.
