This hell hole of a place is so badly run, my mam with Alzheimer’s went in there in the January of 2023 at 66 and died a couple of months after arrival, it was horrific, understaffed and with a attitude that if someone has dementia, they can’t tell family if something bad happens, one night whilst changing her obviously only one staff member was present, she let her roll from the bed and hit the ground, never contacted us and hoped for the best that she was ok, but that wasn’t the case, next day her face was so badly smashed from the corner of a locker that she hit off on the way to the floor, and her hip was broken, taken to hospital for treatment and then sent back to that hell hole of a Kip, she also had a heart attack from dehydration in that dump and died two or three weeks later, Horrendously bad neglect.

Its very clean and the team of staff are of the highest grade, they have to have a vocation for this type of work when nearly all your patents are going to die and others are so challenging to convince them that this is their home and they get angry, abusive, incontinent, lost and unable to speak. And these people let it run of them like water off a ducks back and when in there own time are constantly grieving for their new friends and worry about the rest. God Bless them all.
