My daughter& her fiancé who traveled from the midlands ie. Co. Orally were denied a visit to her grandfather because he already had visitors.(Distant cousins) When we booked my father into the nursing home we specifically asked if visits had to be prebooked as my wife works in care of the older person & knows the system. We were told when he was being assessed there was NO booking system. My daughter & her fiancé left distraught as they get back to Kerry at minimum once a month. Please clarify your your visiting rules & times & if booking is necessary.
Happy to pass judgment on family and happy to gossip. Also allow the elderly to catch Covid and die
