My mother is very happy here. She loves how attentive the staff are to her. She loves the food and has really become part of the community at Newtownpark House. Thank you to all the amazing staff for providing such a pleasant environment for our mother.
Having observed respite care in four other homes in recent years, l can confirm that the care in this home is exceptional; each staff member is fully invested in providing a ‘home from home’ for its residents. The food is top quality and beautifully presented, while the gardens offer a tranquil setting to be enjoyed. Well done to all in Newtownpark for all that you do and for retaining the most important principle of putting your residents first.
I visited a family friend recently and the food they were served could only be described as cold, horrible, bland and simply unappetising, which was quite a disappointment considering the very expensive price of this care facility. I compare the food to a visit in 2013 in which I remember such excellence in the standards of foods and desserts which were served.
Wonderful caring staff, plenty of great activities and social opportunities for the residents, excellent care all round.
Amazing, dedicated and friendly staff who have been taking the best care of my grandmother. Thank you all for your immense kindness and warmth.
