My aunt Teresa stayed in NewPark Care Centre for the last five years of her life. With advancing dementia, the care and love she received from the staff was wonderful. There was always respect for her dignity an d a huge effort made to entertain her, keep her healthy, comfortable and well. Her final days there were ones of the utmost care and professionalism. I received constant updates from the nurses and staff throughout her stay with updates on her health and wellbeing. The centre itself is light filled with tons of space for entertainment and activities and the bedrooms are lovely spacious rooms. There is always a wonderful welcoming vibe from reception and staff when visiting. Thank you everyone in Newpark for taking care of T.
My aunt has been staying here for the last 3 years and has received excellent care. The staff are very professional and the receptionist is always very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this care centre to anyone seeking care for an elderly relative.
I have been dealing with New Park Care Centre since December 2020 on behalf of my Mam and personally, I cannot speak more highly of all the staff - every one of whom consistently 'go the extra mile' to ensure the comfort, care and contentment of my Mam day after day. The welcome extended to my Mam, her family and friends by the entire New Park team has made the transition from her home living to her care centre stay seamless. Lastly, the constant updates and positivity shared as to our Mam's continued happiness, contentment and physio success has been invaluable in providing reassurances that our Mam is in the absolute best facility to meet both her present care needs and her lifestyle requirements. I would have zero hesitation in recommending New Park Care Centre as a destination of choice for any person seeking such a facility.
My brother stayed here for 2 weeks the staff were fantastic the rooms were big and very clean ask Thomas if he stay again said 100% yes
My Dad spent last year of his long life in New Park and while I would have given anything to have him home with me the purpose built home is excellent and the staff do all they could and more. Thank you, all of you for the card you gave my Father in his final days. Will never be forgotten.
