One of the mental health nurses is treating mentally ill patients like there is nothing wrong with them and invalidating there feelings by saying “I’m paid to be here” doesn’t help them see positives and asks if there struggling why haven’t they done anything. That is NOT professional
Could regulator visit please
It's a very old building, that could do with a complete makeover to bring it into 21st century but very little funding behind it
