am deeply concerned about the quality of care and hospitality here. The nursing staff often come across as rude and dismissive, and I’ve observed that residents’ needs are not consistently met. Communication from the Director of Nursing has also been harsh and unprofessional, making it difficult to resolve issues. The facility needs to urgently improve its staffing culture and resident care standards."
