Very good customer service i really appreciate this is great service
Lourdesville nursing home are amazing at what they do. I have an aunt there and they take such good care of her.
The staff looked after my mam in her last 21 months of her life ..she was so well looked after ..always clean and comfortable ...took such good care during the covid time ..they let us stay all the time near the end and they could not of done enough for my mam or us ..there was one member of staff I can not speak more highly off unsure of her name but she was Polish..in her early 50s . Thank u again for all the care she got from the caterers to nursery staff to the lovely cleaning ladies...xx
worse place ever, most of the stuff are rude there is about two girls in there that lovely but the rest are rude.We were not allowed into see my nanny if we were,only for 15 mins even when the covid-19 rules are gone.They also took away saturday visits.Overall they are really rude and the rooms are shocking.
My parents are being well looked after here. There are lovely staff here too.
