Would not recommend Try anywhere else My mother was placed here for 2 weeks respite care (she has experience of previous respite stays) she left early and said she would never go back.
I personally would not recommend this nursing home. My father was there for one yeae. He was left alone in his room many times and was very distressed when I went to visit. He was also squished into a tiny room with no bathroom and had to share with another patient. The food was terrible also. We also heard from staff members in the Little flower that they were not happy there.. The decor is very digny and looks very 80s and long dark corridors that are very depressing We then moved my father to the lovely Brampton nursing home in Oranmore which was almost the same cost per week and my father was much happier there. It's like a hotel and the food is excellent and plenty of it
Love the fact they we can visit at any time and just walk in. Staff are amazing and kind and really do care for the residents.
