What a pleasure it is for me to review the Lake House Nursing Home! ALL THE STAFF employed within the care home are not only extremely hard working but also very compassionate and caring to all those residents therein ! “MANY THANKS” to Jennifer and the team and a “SPECIAL” mention to Brian and his lovely partner, for all their care and attention shown to our loved ones, they’re a credit to the Care Home! Well done to one and all !!!!
Everyone is very well cared for and there are always activities to keep clients stimulated and active. I noticed a lovely little sensory pod where clients can pop into and have quiet time out. All the staff are very helpful, gentle, kind, it's reassuring to see. Staff are friendly and helpful on all my visits to my family member. On my recent visit we were entertained by irish dancers, enjoyed by all. Thankyou to everyone involved, keep up the good work.
Very welcoming and warm. A pure joy. Patients very well cared for and very happy.
Enjoyed my aunt's 105th birthday. The staff were excellent the amount that turned out even though they were off duty, they made everyone welcome 🙏 ,
