Get another painting instructor ;condescending, derogatory, conceited are one of a few ways to describe her. I know it’s bad when my barely cognitive aunt is telling me about this, time and time again. I want my aunt to live her final years doing what she loves without the presence of a self-congratulatory teacher putting down residents and apparently even staff?! I hope to see change when I call her/visit Ireland again..
My Mam was a resident here in Robinson Ward from August 2020 until November 2021 (R.I.P) during a very difficult time for everyone due to Covid - we as a family would like to put on record that Mam got first class care here - Staff were fantastic - loving and caring - Mam had a lot of medical conditions and every part of her treatment was constantly monitored and we were notified every day of how she was medically and physically and Doctors were so kind to her also - her every need was looked after - we are eternally grateful for Mams Care - Thank You - The Byrne Family
Very poor facility. Little care for loved ones.
Friendly clean and nice place for my fathers restbite.needs more nursing staff.
A recent family member had the unfortunate experience of staying at this facility. Avoid at all cost. Poor staffing even worse care.. cold meals were served a shower wasn't available due to low staffing. Dirty clothes not changed, His wife had to supply all pads and walking aliments. Absolute disgrace for a rest facility. The list goes on. My advice stay clear.
