My granny died Friday and they had her stuff bagged up and left out in a garden shed by Sunday. No compassion... Care when she was a resident wasnt much better. Disgraceful!!
This nursing home is extremely disappointing. The staff are consistently rude and show little compassion for the residents. The facility itself is unclean, with strong odors that make it uncomfortable to be in. Patients are not given the proper care and attention they deserve, and overall, the environment feels disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. I truly hope management takes serious action to improve conditions and ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect.
My Aunt moved to Hazel Hall and loves it. We visit her often, the staff are so kind to her always, and we are treated very well. Its very well run and the care they give is fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble. There is a homely feel to the place, and my aunt says it feels like home. She has made lots of new friends, is happy out and so are we.
I have had a relative in Hazel hall for a long period of time and I must say that I was really impressed with the overall all experience for her. The staff were lovely and very attentive to aby of our needs. The house had such a lovely atmosphere and was very homely. There were many occasions when I came to the nursing home to visit my relative the kitchen staff tbrought out cup's of tea's and biscuits to us. Highly recommended Hazel hall for anyone in need
I would not recommend this nursing home to anybody. They only got one star because you can't leave 0 stars. My father recieved little or no attention while staying there. The management are difficult to deal with and requests seem to fall on deaf ears. In my opinion this nursing home is more interested in the money than their residents. Thankfully my father is now in another nursing home where he is receiving the care and respect he deserves.
