The RTE programme about Nursing Homes has prompted me to share my positive experiences of Haven Bay Care Centre. Haven Bay Care Centre.. is definitely "A place of safety and protection" as the name implies. Employees of this Well Managed Care Centre are Empathetic. ..Respectful, Reliable. ...Patient. ..Selfless, Sacrificing and Supportive Thank you for your compassionate care to my family member who is now a resident for 18 months. Your support has made a real difference..your dedication is truly inspiring You give all of yourselves to caring for others and I am so grateful for you. Never, ever doubt what a difference your caregiving makes.
We feel as though we have "struck gold"! The care my mother receives and the wide range of activities provided are exceptional. The management and staff are professional, welcoming, diligent, kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Haven Bay.
As a visitor to this Care Centre I find the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is very clean and professionally run. The layout, decor and facilities there create a warm homely feel. The recreation area and dining room are both very inviting. Residents are very well cared for and treated with compassion and respect. The resident I visit at haven Bay rates this care centre very highly.
My Mom (Sadly Now Deceased) spent her last few years in the care of Haven Bay. I cannot speak highly enough of the compassionate, respectful, professional care my Mom received there. The home itself is beautiful.... but most importantly is the personal attention and genuine kindness my Mum has received and how understanding and helpful everyone has been with us as a family in her final few days. There is a very nice mixture of experience amongst its very approachable competent staff. We as a family will always be indebted to Haven Bay Nursing Home for your kindness towards my late Mother. My Mam spent the last few years of her life in Haven Bay, for her and us her family it was a home away from home. She was very well cared for by all the staff, they were so friendly and welcoming to us as a family when we visited, she enjoyed all the activities which there were lots of, the food there was top class and they always went out of their way to ensure she had meals she enjoyed.. Thank you to all the staff who gave our Mam such wonderful care!
