My husband was on the Kingfisher Unit for 10 years & was so well looked after & genuinely loved by most of the staff. He passed away on 4th February in their end of life room which allowed us as a family to be with him 24/7 while he was nearing the final phase. We were about to sit & hold his hand as he held his final breath..I can say without a shadow of doubt that everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff to the carers, nurses, activity coordinators & those on reception & all the management meet team were so helpful & supportive during my husbands 10 years under their care.
Ran by foreigners who ill treat the patients. My poor mother is there but I can't get her out because the court ordered her there. Place is horrible. Like 1 Irish person working there. All Indians and what not. Kip
Excellent facility, my Grandmother was a resident here for 11 years until her passing and I cannot fault the care, the love and attention that she received in that time by the staff in the various units in Hamilton Park. She enjoyed a varied menu of nourishing meals, there was always a variety of activities and entertainment available too. Above all, the staff treated here like family and they too became like an extension of her family. They treated her with kindness, empathy and dignity.
It looks like a great establishment from the outside 👌 . The landscape, drive up to the premises, and parking is super indeedo. It's a clean premises and plenty of staff of mixed nationality. Had a few 7 renters [ all females and they were waiting on their irish nursing pins to arrive] with me from may 2017 to Feb 2019. The staff didn't stay long there. I didn't ask why they left and was not told. But I won't have any medical renters again with me. That's my 2 pence worth.
My mam has been in Hamilton park for the last 2 and a half months now with a sever brain injury. The care, love & support my mam has gotten from all of the nurses is outstanding. She has come on sooo much since moved here. My mam has made such a massive improvement in her recovery since been in Hamilton park, and I will always be greatfull for how lovely they are towards my mam. All of the nurses and managers genuinely care deeply about the patients and my mam is always happy and smiling when I see her. These giys deserve sooo much credit!! Thank you so much. ♥ ♥ ♥
