Disgrace! Residents deserve a million times better! Just gave a star to post this review...they need to be shut down and taken over by people who will actually show respect and caring !
Do not put your loved ones in this nursing home. My mum was in for a short time. Everytime I went in there , there was a problem. Mum was given the wrong food and given liquids in a cup. (She was suppose to have a control beaker). No matter how many times we advised the staff they still kept doing the same thing. I emailed the manager and got no reply back. I spoke to supervisors...team leaders still the same problems. Mum passed away from aspiration pneumonia about 20 days after she was admitted in there 😢 I had looked after her as a full-time carer for 9years. Unfortunately I was unable to continue to look after her in our home 😪
RTE investigates You all should be ashamed of yourself. Health care but have no gloves or basic equipment. Forcing residents into the chairs. lifting them without knowing care plans and PCP No activities. Over 1200 per week for what. Beneavin House,Dublin 11 D11 F576 Should be closed down and the Company out of Ireland. How can you call yourself people that care!! Leaving residents alone when they needed support. NOT ALLOWING HUMAN BEING USE THE TOILET is the worst thing I've seen
