on entering the premises we were greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist.....this was as far the friendliness and compassion went seemed to end afterthat.....our relative had been sitting in a chair by their bed from 6.30am...hadn't moved ...it was 2.30pm when we arrived...we asked for a wheelchair to take them to the garden for some fresh air ..took staff some time to get our relative organised...she rings for assistance and her calls are ignored...meals are served cold and are of no nutritional value..hse needs to do more extreme checks on this place immediately..patients of full mental health been cared for for rehabilitation may benefit from staying their because they are being treated well...but elderly or patients with alzimers are being neglected..

Wow Anna Doktor Brozek gave her home 5 stars , since she is the "House manager" and believe me I use the title lightly thats a huge joke in itself.. Care Assistants, Nurses and Receptionists deserve a medal for working in such a sub standard managed Home .. Avoid and do not place your loved ones in here ...
