The care and kindness my Dad received at Fairyhill was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble for both staff and management alike The y went above and beyond on every occasion . I really could not recommend Fairyhill highly enough . They made such a hard time so much easier.
When we went down to meet Titus he brought us in and showed us around the nursing home. He wanted to know about my mother, where she was born, where she lived now, how many brothers sisters and children. He wanted this information so that him and his staff could form a bond with my mother and build up a rapo with her. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they looked after my mother everyday and were always on hand to help out and if we required anything when we called. Honestly I can't thank Titusa and his staff of Fairy Hill Nursing home enough for what they did for my mother.
My mother-in-law spent almost 7 years in Fairyhill Nursing Home under the exceptional care of Titus, Lisha and their team. She received personalised care in a comfortable and homely environment. A great effort was made to make her 100th birthday celebration extra special. As a family we will be forever grateful for all the years of care and attention.
Take a few moments to picture what comfortable caring conditions that you would wish your loved ones to experience in their home away from home. With the accumulation of all the health challenges that her life bore upon my mother, she was challenged, and anyone tasked with caring for her, were challenged. I have only fond memories that mam was so blessed to be given the opportunity to find happiness for her time in the care of all at Fairyhill Nursing Home, Mallow. Oh, if only I will be so blessed if I ever find the need of a home away from home. Mentioning my heartfelt appreciation to Titus, Lisha & team, somehow doesn’t seem anywhere enough…
Just under 5 years ago my uncle Patrick went to Fairyhill nursing home,at the start it was only going to be temporary but Patrick fell in love with the wonderful staff who he called his friends there. Fairyhill is a home away from home, Titus and his wonderful staff are so kind and caring and go out of their way to help, Titus was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions which was a huge relief to us. To have to put a family member into a home and trust people you don't know is an awful worry, but you do not need to worry about your loved ones in Fairyhill they will be very well looked after. Patrick loved the time he spent in Fairyhill, he loved sitting out in the front porch reading his paper that was delivered by a staff member every day. We will be forever grateful for the kindness, respect and care that Patrick received in his years in Fairyhill nursing home.
