Very friendly staff, always ready to help, great up to date facility with all that you need to be happy. I was impressed by the greatness of the place. Spotless clean, rooms big and well equipped. I recommend this place to anyone in need.
Management are horrible. Only care about money. Do not care about staff or residents. Stay far away.
Very disappointed in this facility. My elderly parents paid just under €4,000 for 2 weeks for themselves for respite after my mum had hip replacement surgery in late November. The room was not very well sanitized after my mother vomited on the day of arrival, you could still see traces of vomit the following day. Mobile phone coverage was non existent unless you were in central lobby or outside main door. My mum put her mobile phone down beside her st breakfast one morning while she was eating and when she went to pick it up it had disappeared, she got no satisfaction from management. She was asked if she had insurance to cover the loss. I think it’s a total disgrace after forking out the amount of money for the 2 wks. I would not recommend this facility.
We could not of asked for better care for our father and also for our family in the time he spent in ennis road care facility.The staff are amazing they could not of made us more comfortable the entire time we were there, especially in his final weeks. They always do there job with a smile on there faces and truly care about the residents. We can't thank them enough for all they have done. I would highly recommend this care home.
