Excellent Service
I’m heartbroken by the experience my grandmother had at this facility. She entered with a sound mind, but the rigid and draconian policies—especially during the pandemic—seemed to steadily erode her well-being. It felt like her life was slowly taken from her. This place appears more focused on profit than on the actual care and dignity of its residents, even if it means shortening their lives. I truly hope management reflects on the consequences of their actions and makes changes to prioritize compassion and humane care.
My mum recently spent her last days in Dealgan House. Throughout her time there, she was cared for with tenderness, sensitivity and humbling compassion. I'll always remember the warmth, consideration and kindness shown to mum by the whole staff at Dealgan. Thank you all.
