My Mom was in Cratloe for a few months and Olga and all the Nurses and Carers were so good to her from day one. Mom was always looked after really well. The food was lovely and her room was always so clean. Its a homely and warm little place and they were great with the trays of tea always. The Nurses and Carers always had a smile on their face. There is even a resident Robin there. Thank you Olga and all at Cratloe Nursing Home for making Moms end of days so comfortable. Hazel
My mam recently spent two weeks here for respite after leaving a long stay at uhl. The staff here were just lovely. They gave my mam the best of care and were so kind and polite. The facilities were spotless and it was lovely the way they always had activities arranged for the residents. Hugely appreciate how good they were with my mam who's thankfully home with us now😊
