Completely unimpressed in fact distressed by the level of staffing and therefore care and safety of patients, especially at night when I would consider it dangerous. The quality of care from some staff is A+ and from others F-. When I pointed out these issues to the Senior Staff Nurse and person in charge that day as she liked to inform me she became very aggressive at first. Then when I advised I would be writing a complaint requested i come into her office and tell her exactly what I was putting in my complaint about her specifically. From other faciality's I have visited this needs a lot of attention and a good clean house of some staff.
