I just love the 'Village Square' in Castleross Nursing Home - so different and a lovely place to relax and have a cup of tea. It has a hairdresser and coffee shop with fresh cakes - just lovely.
My father lived there for 17months. I would not put a dog there. Sadly my father passed away at least not there thankfully after 2wks in hospital. Don't be taken in by the promises they make you.
This place needs a lot more staff.im my opinion patients needs are not been met in many ways..Having visited it on a couple of occasions .would not be impressed with it .
It is on a very nice site, grounds are well kept, the staff are very nice and always helping, they always seem to have a smile on their face and a cup of tea or coffee in their hand for you
The care and attention along with kindness and understanding. I liked that I could stay for hours and it was home from home. .The staff were excellent.
