I found the staff at Castlebridge Nursing home to be kind, compassionate, warm and professional. CNM Nitu was very helpful. Very happy with this facility and the care and service they provide
The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. The facility is bright, modern, and welcoming—very different from the typical nursing home. The standard of care is excellent, and you can tell the management takes things seriously with highest standards.
A truly beautiful nursing home, exceptionally well run. I'm always greeted with warmth when I visit. My aunt is so well cared for, and it's clear she is very happy there. The staff treat her wonderfully, and I enjoy every visit. The place is spotless—a truly lovely and welcoming environment.
Charming manor style building, nestled in peaceful surroundings, it feels more like a country retreat than a care facility. The interior is just as impressive – spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and filled with natural light. The staff are outstanding – friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the residents' wellbeing. A variety of activities are thoughtfully planned each week, catering to a range of interests and abilities – from gentle exercise and music sessions to arts, games, and outings. There’s a strong sense of community and care, making it easy to feel at home. And of course, no review would be complete without mentioning Kevin the cat – the unofficial greeter and much loved resident. His warm welcome and laid back charm bring joy to everyone he meets. He’s a wonderful touch that adds to the home’s already warm and inviting atmosphere.
Exceptional Nursing Home Castlebridge Nursing Home ( from the cleaners to management and everyone in between ) have been such blessing. The staff always have a smile on their face and go above and beyond to help. The nurses and carers are so so kind. The environment is second to none. It's so clean! The staff are not only compassionate and attentive, but are so warm. Management is professional, responsive, and clearly dedicated to maintaining high standards of care - which shows. It’s comforting to know my loved one is in such capable, caring hands of these lovely staff. Highly recommended.
